The Process
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and it deserves to be celebrated in style. That’s why we offer unique and customized wedding invitations that reflect your personal style and love story.
Our handcrafted invitations are created with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of your special day is captured in the design. Whether you’re looking for a simple and elegant invitation or a statement piece that will wow your guests, we have you covered.
Let me begin by saying, congratulations to you! I’m so happy for you that I’m starting to hear birds sing in my garden!
This is how it works :
1. First we have a pleasant talk with you, this can either be in person or by video call. Whatever you prefer best. We will discuss things like: style, vision, timeframe, the number of invites & budget. This step is crucial for creating 100 percent of transparency and trust.
I will also need information like the couple’s complete names, the wedding ceremony date & venue location.
2. Now that I know what your style and personality is, and the first half of the payment has been received, I can start the design. A draft will be made and sent to you by email. This is your first revision, here you can let me know everything you want to change. Whether color, type, illustration, or information that needs to be corrected. Include all changes in this first revision.
3. You get back to me with all the details you like changed. If something seemed unclear, I will contact you about it right away. Now that I know about the changes, I can begin to apply them and continue the design process.
4. Once ready for print, we’ll have another revision. This step is the most important. Here you can have a final look at the design before it gets printed. Double check everything, especially the date and location information. This step also requires the second half of the total payment we discussed. Once you give us your approval, the document can be sent to the printer.
5. The beautiful invitations have reached my design studio. In this step everything will be put together and assembled. If we discussed add-ons like envelope addressing, or wax sealing, .. this will get completed in this fase of the process.
6. Once everything is ready, we will pack your goods and send them to you. But before that can happen, the other half of the payment needs to be completed.
In case you want to pick up your invitations in person, we can arrange for that as well. It was an honor creating these charming invitations for you!
